    Scotty Smooth Bore Nozzle

    Scotty Smooth Bore Nozzle will direct a solid stream of water to its maximum reach with the pressure available. The nozzle barrels are made from Ny-Glass for resilience and durability, making them foam compatible and 100% corrosion-proof. The 4032-50 will flow 50 gpm (190 l/m) and has a 0.550” opening. The 4032-100 will flow 100 gpm (380 l/m) and has a 0.775” opening.

When connected to a water supply hose the angled ramp within the unit directs the water flow up through the opening vent. Depending on flow and pressure, the Squall Wall can create a wall of water up to 40 feet wide and 20 feet high. The Squall Wall™ can be secured to the ground with a spike or to a plywood plate for fast deployment.       The Scotty 4048 is a “Mini Monitor" system that can be temporarily or permanently mounted virtually anywhere. The system consists of a mount (can be top or side mounted), a 10” high Swivel Post and Tube Bracket, a 4080 Pistol Grip Shut-Off and either a Foam Tube Nozzle, a Fog/stream Nozzle or Smooth Bore Nozzle.       Transforms any pressurized fire hose or water supply line into a foam generating station. A fire crew can arrive at an incident where a quick layer of foam is required, such as a spill or haz-mat situation, attach a supply hose and place the foam where it is needed. The unit can be left unattended to create a blanket of foam over a large area. The system consists of a 1 GPM Scotty Foam Eductor set for either 1% for Class A Foam or 3% for Class B Foam, a Fog Nozzle with Medium Expansion Attachment, a ball shut off with 1 ½" swivel connection mounted on a cap and a pickup assembly for a 22 L pail.
