The Scotty 6 L Foam Kit is designed for attachment to a 1 ½" fire hose. The unit provides a fast and simple solution to a fire scene requiring Class A or Class B (AFFF) foam. It has the capability of turning off the foam or selecting 5%. 1% or up to 3% if Class B foam is required. The Foam Kit has application in many environments; Fire Departments, Industrial Facilities, Storage Facilities, Marinas, etc. The body of the unit is molded from glass reinforced nylon for strength and durability. It is also resistant to corrosion caused by sea water and foam concentrates, electrolysis and UV radiation. Available in flow rates of 15, 30, 50 or 75 gpm for hose 1 ½" lines. Variable Percentage Check Valve

Designed to fit all Scotty 4060 Eductors Controls the percentage of foam concentrate. Four control positions: OFF, 0.5%, 1% and 3%. Suitable for eduction of Class A and Class B (AFFF) foam concentrates. They can be retrofitted onto Scotty 4060 Eductors. When ordering checkvalves, the flow rate of the eductors must be specified.

Scotty Variable Percentage Checkvalves

These checkvalves are designed to fit all Scotty 4060 eductors, controlling the percentage of foam concentrate educted. The Back Pack systems can be fitted with the 4064 Variable Checkvalve foam control unit. This extra option gives the operator the ability to control the foam percentage being educted. The presets are OFF, .5%, 1% and 3%.

Scotty Penetrator nozzle

Scotty Penetrator Nozzle # 4005 The Scotty Penetrator Nozzle is specifically designed with a 1/4” discharge orifice. When connected to the end of a fire hose, it generates a high velocity water jet. The pencil thin water jet penetrates the duff in Wildland fire, extinguishing deep seated fires. When used in conjunction with Class “A” foam this nozzle is an extremely effective tool on duff fires. Comes with 1.5” double female connector. Specify 4005 for NPSH and 4005A for NHT. Manufactured by Scotty Firefighter

Fog/straight stream nozzle

Scotty’s New Fog/Straight-Stream Nozzle is a durable, light weight, maintenance free adjustable nozzle. It creates a perfect, wide, fine mist in fog mode and has excellent reach of stream, 80’ at 100 PSI in straight mode. It is available in a High-Flow (50 GPM to 100 GPM) and a Low-Flow (15-50 GPM) model. Nozzle shuts off past straight stream. Both flow rates are available in 1.5” NP, NHT, or BSP female threads. This Nozzle can be used with Foam or Gel products. Nozzle shuts off past straight stream. The 4035 cannot be shut off independantly while the 4038 has a twist to shutoff capability. Foam eductor backpack systems

With portable foam systems, every fire hose line becomes a foam line. For versatility and flexibility, Scotty has four different flow rates. All units include:
- Backpack with 5 gallon capacity.
- Foam pickup hose with shut off valve Quick Connector
- Air aspirating or fog/straight stream Nozzle with matching Foam Eductor.
- D-Handle shut off with Pistol Grip ball shut off, 1 1⁄2” NPSH, NHT or BSP threads.

The Backpack is constructed from a super tough engineering grade polymer shell making it lightweight and super tough. The 2" wide, durable nylon straps with 3" wide shoulder pads make it comfortable to wear for extended periods. Manufactured by Scotty Firefighter

Pincher dual pattern nozzle

Flexible tipped nozzle that the user can simply squeeze between the fingers to change the spray pattern from a straight stream to a fan or slot pattern. Manufactured from glass-reinforced, engineering grade polymers. Very lightweight, extremely durable and absolutely corrosion proof. Can be used with Class A or Class B foams, but not designed to generate the type of bubble structure typical of our air-aspirating foam nozzles. Comes with 1.5” Female threads. Also comes with a stream straightener to decrease flow turbulence and increase the reach of stream. Rated for pressures up to 150 PSI.
