      The Scotty 4048 is a “Mini Monitor" system that can be temporarily or permanently mounted virtually anywhere. The system consists of a mount (can be top or side mounted), a 10” high Swivel Post and Tube Bracket, a 4080 Pistol Grip Shut-Off and either a Foam Tube Nozzle, a Fog/stream Nozzle or Smooth Bore Nozzle. When connected to the end of a fire hose, it generates a high velocity water jet. The pencil thin water jet penetrates the duff in Wildland fire, extinguishing deep seated fires. When used in conjunction with Class “A” foam this nozzle is an extremely effective tool on duff fires. Comes with 1.5” double female connector. Specify 4005 for NPSH and 4005A for NHT. It has the capability of turning off the foam or selecting 5%. 1% or up to 3% if Class B foam is required. The Foam Kit has application in many environments; Fire Departments, Industrial Facilities, Storage Facilities, Marinas, etc. The body of the unit is molded from glass reinforced nylon for strength and durability.       The Scotty 4000-BRAVO Backpack is designed to be a simple, portable reservoir for water and/or foam concentrate (Class A or class B). It provides the wearer with a safe and comfortable way to carry liquids used during fire operations. The backpack system consists of an outer shell with a removable inner bladder. The outer shell is made in a high-visibility yellow, ballistic nylon fabric and is extremely durable and UV resistant. The BRAVO comes with an ultra-comfortable shoulder harness system. It uses high strength nylon webbing for the fully adjustable shoulder, sternum and waist straps. The high-visibility yellow color allows the Scotty Backpack to stand out through smoke and foliage. Each backpack has a 4" wide filled port with lid and a standard " garden hose thread for an outlet.
