    Scotty Foam Factory

    Transforms any pressurized fire hose or water supply line into a foam generating station. A fire crew can arrive at an incident where a quick layer of foam is required, such as a spill or haz-mat situation, attach a supply hose and place the foam where it is needed. The unit can be left unattended to create a blanket of foam over a large area. The system consists of a 1 GPM Scotty Foam Eductor set for either 1% for Class A Foam or 3% for Class B Foam, a Fog Nozzle with Medium Expansion Attachment, a ball shut off with 1 ½” swivel connection mounted on a cap and a pickup assembly for a 22 L pail. The Foam Factory is designed for a nominal operating pressure of between 50 and 150 PSI. Please specify standard NPSH, NH or BSP thread when ordering

      Flexible tipped nozzle that the user can simply squeeze between the fingers to change the spray pattern from a straight stream to a fan or slot pattern. Manufactured from glass-reinforced, engineering grade polymers. Very lightweight, extremely durable and absolutely corrosion proof. Can be used with Class A or Class B foams, but not designed to generate the type of bubble structure typical of our air-aspirating foam nozzles. Comes with 1.5” Female threads. Also comes with a stream straightener to decrease flow turbulence and increase the reach of stream. Rated for pressures up to 150 PSI.

      Scotty Smooth Bore Nozzle will direct a solid stream of water to its maximum reach with the pressure available. The nozzle barrels are made from Ny-Glass for resilience and durability, making them foam compatible and 100% corrosion-proof. The 4032-50 will flow 50 gpm (190 l/m) and has a 0.550” opening.       Scotty Penetrator Nozzle # 4005 The Scotty Penetrator Nozzle is specifically designed with a 1/4” discharge orifice. When connected to the end of a fire hose, it generates a high velocity water jet. The pencil thin water jet penetrates the duff in Wildland fire, extinguishing deep seated fires.
