“Through-the-pump” Foam Eductor and mixer

The 4071 Foam Eductor/Mixer is a simple “Through the pump” also known as a “Around-The-Pump” unit to educt foam concentrate into hose lines. It is mounted between the discharge and suction side of a pump. Educts foam concentrate into hose lines through a pump’s suction and discharge sides. Will educt concentrates at percentages of 0% to 3.75% at flow rates from 15 to 125 GPM at 100 PSI. Maximum operating pressure of 300 PSI.

For use on portable forestry pumps or fitted permanently to skid units, the 4071 Foam Eductor is a simple and effective way for fire departments to add a foam capability to their equipment. The Scotty Around-the-Pump Foam System is adjustable, permitting various foam ratio percentages to be educted depending on the nozzles being used. A 4171 includes the eductor, pressure hose and pick-up hose. Includes an 18″ pressure hose and a 48″ foam pickup hose.
