The 4071 Foam Eductor/Mixer is a simple "Through the pump" also known as a "Around-The-Pump" unit to educt foam concentrate into hose lines. It is mounted between the discharge and suction side of a pump. Educts foam concentrate into hose lines through a pump's suction and discharge sides. Will educt concentrates at percentages of 0% to 3.75% at flow rates from 15 to 125 GPM at 100 PSI. Maximum operating pressure of 300 PSI.
For use on portable forestry pumps or fitted permanently to skid units, the 4071 Foam Eductor is a simple and effective way for fire departments to add a foam capability to their equipment. The Scotty Around-the-Pump Foam System is adjustable, permitting various foam ratio percentages to be educted depending on the nozzles being used. A 4171 includes the eductor, pressure hose and pick-up hose. Includes an 18" pressure hose and a 48" foam pickup hose. Use stock code 4171KIT to include one 1 ½"Cast Aluminum Connecting Tee and one 2" Cast Aluminum Connecting Tee.

Scotty Air Aspirating Nozzles are manufactured from the latest engineering grade composite polymers for resilience and durability on the fire scene. They are available in 8 flow rates. All 1-½” Scotty Air Aspirating Nozzle come with a double female connector, 4085 for NPSH or 4086 for NHT. The nozzle base is designed with standard 1-½” NPSH male fire hose threads (3/4” Garden Hose Thread for 4003 and 4005). They can be adapted to a 1-½” coupling on a fire hose with either a Forestry 4089 “Quick-Connect” female adaptor or threaded “Stortz” adaptor. Flow Rate: 356Lpm

This design leverages on the benefits of our standard 5m x 5m geodesic tent design (sturdy, self-erecting, manageable size and weight for transporting and erecting), however we have designed vertical sides, so there is significantly more space utilisation inside the tent.
The generic design module, allows the tent to be used as complete standalone, or to be connected with other tent modules in any linear, L-shape, U-shape configuration. Because all sides are identical, ‘plugging’ tents together is easier, and also more secure and waterproof (an external cover flap with industrial zip above the 2.5m door flaps provides an integrated joining of the tents).
